Bradley Rothenberg is the CEO and founder of nTop, an engineering design software company based in New York City. Since its founding in 2015, nTop has served the aerospace, automotive, medical, and consumer products industries with advanced engineering software that enables users to design, test, and iterate faster on highly complex parts for production with additive manufacturing. Bradley has been developing computational design tools for additive manufacturing for more than 15 years. He actively works to advance the industry, often speaking at industry events around the world including Develop3DLive, Talk3D and formnext. He is often quoted in trade publications, interviewed on industry podcasts, and has been included in Forbes Magazine. He studied architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.

Blanca Aguado Sierra is the Chief Operating Officer at nTop, where she oversees Marketing, Sales, Customer Success as well as Business Operations and Strategy. Before nTop, Blanca worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Blanca holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a BA from McGill University. She currently calls New York City home.

Charmien Fugelsang is the Chief People Officer at nTop, bringing over 14 years of experience successfully scaling startups. Charmien joined nTop in 2021, after scaling Vimeo, the video-sharing platform, from 90 to over 650 employees globally Prior to that, she scaled AppNexus (now Xandr), the ad tech platform, from 30 to 500 in under three years. A member of the Fair Pay Alliance, Charmien advocates for pay equity ideals and helped develop the certification criteria for companies to become fair pay certified. Prior to building innovative, award-winning company cultures, Charmien was an entrepreneur and designer, creating memorable looks for clients like the Spice Girls. A graduate of NYU and UCLA, she dedicated her early career to teaching in hard-to-staff middle schools in NYC and Los Angeles. She lives with her husband, son, two cats, and one crazy Pomeranian in New York City.

Valerie Chianuri is the General Counsel of nTop, where she is responsible for the strategy and oversight of the legal, corporate governance, compliance, and information security aspects of the business. Prior to nTop, she held similar roles at Curb Mobility and Exusia. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from NYU, Stern School of Business and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She lives in NYC with her teenage son and three rescue pets (two cats and a dog).

Joseph George is the SVP of Engineering at nTop, where he leads the software engineering team responsible for building the company's cutting-edge products and services. Previously, he was VP of Global Software R&D at Stratasys, where he led the international team that built GrabCAD and Stratasys software products and services, which provided a common platform for all of Stratasys' 3D printing technologies.

Joseph is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was the technical founder of a mobile application platform company during his senior year and continued to work there for over a decade. He currently resides in the Boston area with his wife and children.

Karina McDonough is the SVP of Customer Success at nTop, where she is responsible for creating industry-leading experiences for our customers. Karina is passionate about building teams and believes that an investment in people is at the core of what makes companies successful. Karina grew up in California but now calls New York City home, where she's considered an expert in all things dining and restaurants (if you ever need a recommendation).

Trevor Laughlin is the VP of Product at nTop, where he is responsible for leading the product organization and vision, including product management, product design, and technical product support. Before joining nTop in early 2018, Trevor worked in the aerospace industry as a structural engineer and developed conceptual design software used by NASA. Trevor holds a Master of Science degree from Georgia Tech and Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University in aerospace engineering. He currently calls New York City home.

Elena Azzoni heads up the Finance org at nTop, where she brings a forward-thinking approach to her work thanks to nearly 20 years experience with startups in the NYC tech space. Elena’s career kicked off in 2004 at Right Media, where she supported the company’s rapid growth until its 2007 $680M acquisition by Yahoo!. She then went on to join AppNexus as their Manager of Financial Operations and later, Adaptly, as VP of Finance. Both AppNexus and Adaptly were acquired in 2018, by AT&T and Accenture, respectively. When not crunching numbers, Elena enjoys spending time with her partner and their son in NYC, as well as out in nature far from the city as often as possible.
