With nTop you can generate a 3D logo directly from an imported PNG file. On top of that, you can use the logo to drive 3D surface texturing effects, such as waves, a marble effect or a leather texture.
In this nTop Live, Yuki Okada, Technical Marketing Engineer at nTop, shows you how to import a logo as a PNG file then and use it to generate custom 3D textures. He modifies the Logo Driven Texture example file and explains how you can add your logo to create custom 3D texturing effects.
Watch and learn how to:
- Modify the Logo Driven Texture example file
- Import an image as a PNG bitmap to generate an implicit solid body
- Use your logo to drive custom 3D textures
